Our local pick up facility is not available now, and according to our return policy, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would suggest your returning via local post office rather than Aramex, FedEx, DHL, DTDC etc, which will cost a large amount of shipping fee.
Please put a paper with your order number, return reason on it so we can do the refund to you without delay. Once we have received your return, your refund will be settled in 8-10 working days.
